Sunday 4th August 10.00 – 2.00 Set up for vendors from 9.00.

  • Vendors £20/car, £30/van, £50/trailer
  • Entrance £5 per person, under 12s free
  • Pig roast, hot and cold drinks, home made cakes, beer and wine for sale

Terms and Conditions Please note our opening hours are 10.00am – 2.00pm. Sellers arrive from 9.00am and buyers arrive from 10.00am, There is a STRICT NO SELLING POLICY before we open to the general public.

By purchasing a pitch you agree to remove ALL your personal property from the site when leaving

Who Can Sell at our car boot sale? Anyone can sell at our sale as long as they are conforming to our rules and regulations and the overiding regulations of the local authority. We expect our selling customers to know whether they themselves are a TRADER or an INDIVIDUAL as the difference often means different responsibilities in the items that they sell and their responsibilities to the buying public. What Can I Sell at the Whitfield Country House Car Boot Sale? The simple answer is you can sell anything that is Safe, Legal and belongs to you. At the bottom of this page there is some helpful information on how to make sure you are acting fairly and within current guidelines, these recommendations form a major part of our terms and conditions and we ask you to please make yourself aware of these recommendations Immediately below there is a starter list of items that you definitely can not sell at our sale

  • Tobacco Products – including E-cigs and liquids
  • Drugs and Medications – legal or otherwise (including “LEGAL HIGHS”)
  • Fireworks – of any description
  • Flammable Liquids and Gas Canisters – Including lighter fluids & Portable Oven Fuel
  • Weapons – Crossbows, Air Rifles, Hunting Knives etc
  • Alcohol – (including collectors miniatures)
  • Counterfeit or Copied Goods such as CD’s and DVD’s
  • Explicit Materials and Media – such as pornographic DVD’s and magazines
  • New Toys without a CE safety mark (old toys must be in good safe condition)
  • Live Animals – including fish and reptiles Any seller found selling any items listed above will be asked to refrain from selling them immediately, if they persist they will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to ask anyone to stop selling and leave the premises immediately. Can I Sell Food at Whitfield Country House Car Boot Sale You can sell food which is not to be consumed on the premises at our sales (such as homemade cakes and jams etc). However we believe that you would then definitely be considered a TRADER.
